The trick of many disabled people who do not wish to work or want a car is to complain that public transport is not fully accessible and the keyword here is fully since the public transport system is far more accessible than it was ten or twenty years ago. And the point is full accessibility on anything can be never achieved because there will always be improvements which can be made.

It is therefore important to understand the accessibility is a relative concept and that we must appreciate what has been achieved while pushing the agenda forward. We must also understand life is never going to be perfect and we must made the most of what we have rather than using it as an excuse not to take up our responsibility since this is an insult to all the work from disabled activists before our time.
