When I challenge the anti-cuts extremists over their hostile hatred of ATOS, I am often cruelly told that they wish me an abusive assessment from ATOS. The reality is I am not or never been a claimant of ESA and therefore I have never had reason to deal with ATOS outside my work as a disability consultant. The reality is only a minority of disabled people has ever dealt with ATOS and a further minority of them have issues to ATOS because of their own difficulties in their emotional recovery.

I am therefore fed up of the disability activists, charities and liberal media portraying disabled people as no more than victims of ATOS as our lives has been reduced to no more than how we are rightly or wrongly perceived at an assessment many of us will never have. It demonstrates once more how disabled person’s existence as contributing citizens has been eroded by a hostile sick movement who wish us all to be seen as unemployable inferior beings. I may repeat myself again and again but it is an important point to make. The government is not the bad guys in all this
